MEET OUR PARTNERS

Theresa Kelly is a founding member and Partner of Kelly & Philipson, LLP.  She began her career at a premiere Long Island law firm after graduating from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.  She gained experience in real estate and commercial transactions.  In 2003, she launched her own place of business where she remained for numerous years honing her skills in insurance defense, real estate, estate planning, and corporate transactions. Her clients have included major insurance companies,  lending institutions, corporate entities, as well as individuals and families needing legal counsel at significant times of their lives. Ms. Kelly is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.  She currently sits as a New York No Fault Arbitrator in Nassau County.     

Tali Philipson graduated Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995.   Upon graduating from law school she worked in foster care, ensuring the adoption of children living in difficult situations. In 1997 she began working for a leading Plaintiff’s No Fault firm where she remained for several years. In 2005, she established her own practice where she did Plaintiff’s no fault work, per diem appearances, residential real estate closings, bank closings and court evaluator work. She currently sits as a New York State No Fault Arbitrator in Nassau County.
